It was sad to see the local florist go out of business, but it was his own
fault really. He kept getting his orders mixed up. For instance, there
was the woman who received flowers from her husband while he was away at
a business conference at a posh resort in South Florida. The woman was
perplexed by the message on the card: "Our deepest sympathy."
But she wasn't nearly as surprised as the woman whose husband had just died.
This woman received an unsigned card which read, "Hotter here than I
expected. Too bad you didn't come too."
