  Irish Ancestors is a resource provided by The Irish Times.
  There is a search feature that will return information about your
  surname, such as distribution as recorded in 1890 and whether or not
  there is a coat of arms. There is also an extensive database
  available (US $25) to provide a detailed report of records

  This site is a comprehensive genealogy resource with over 40,000
  links in 100 different categories. (Including Ireland) This site is
  a good starting point for anyone researching family history,
  regardless of ethnic heritage.
