For a Tender 'Tender
Okay, this poem (originally titled "Our Pact of Friendship")
isn't specifically about Callahan's 'tenders although it could be
expanded to include them all. There is one in particular, though,
that inspired this work from me. I'll not let him/her know it is
here - I'll just wait and let them be surprised.
| Your pain and tears I'll gladly take Your fears I'll drown in a reassurance Lake I'll not judge my dear possession I do not aim, don't fear.
Give to me your pain
Know that you already have my love
I guard your sleep when your tired
I do not these promises lightly take Chris (LARDARON) July 5,1998 |
