David Recites "Refuting Entropy"
A thought: starts softly, told with midnight tea;
Gains energy reflected from a friend.
Each other's words we tenderly attend:
A blend of minds refuting entropy.
Exchange excites us. Heedless minutes flee.
Reflections fold ideas end-for-end
And lend new sight; spawn thoughts to apprehend.
Connections, found, wind dreams in symmetry.
One kitchen cannot hold this sum of parts
Displaying synergy. Outdoors we're blown,
To walk and talk with secret night-time sound.
Old thresholds passed; discourse extends the charts
Of territory boldly made our own.
By dawn, we've flown; to end on unknown ground.
